The beta

Lumi is an early, invite-only beta. Things may change, break, or be reset, and we may pause or end the beta. It is free while in beta.

Who can use Lumi

Lumi accounts are for adults: parents, guardians, and family members they invite. Children enjoy stories on a tablet a parent has paired; they don’t have their own accounts.

Stories made with Lumi

• Stories, pictures and narration are made with the help of computer models and can contain mistakes or odd results. A parent reads and approves every story before a child sees it, and that review is up to you.
• Please only use Lumi for kind, child-appropriate stories, and don’t enter anyone’s private information.
• Stories are for your family’s personal use.

Your account

Keep access to your email account safe, since sign-in links are sent there. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see the privacy page.
